Computer Graphics for Advertising Majors (ADV3000)

This class for advertising majors was a survey of the Adobe Creative Suite print applications. Students were introduced to Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. They then use these tools to create marketing materials. My teaching strategy involved hands-on exercises and tutorials, written quizzes and practical tests. Students spent the last four weeks of the semester working individually on their final project - a packet of marketing materials for a business of their choice (real or fictional).
